Haihh lepas kena sound pasal kes terlepas cakap kat official college...aku pulak tergolek dari motor akibat kena kejar dengan anjing lahanat.

Memang suwey. Tiada rezeki hari ni.

Ramadhan 2013, satu lagi dejavu

Ramadhan kali ini sama macam biasa. Takde yang berubah sangat. Yang masih lagi sama ialah orang-orang yang duduk dalam rumah ni.

Ramadhan macam takde beza pun dengan bulan - bulan Iain, kau akan start questioning apa bezanya pun, kan?

Entah......aku rasa kosong.

Founder's Struggle

For most entrepreneurs, the sole intent to do business is to create wealth for their own sake. However, during the struggle to continue or at least to sustain the business, there will be another epiphany comes to these folks' mind - bringing change to other people' lives.

Then for all we know later that our struggle to keep the company alive is due to the simple reason - the continuity for our employees to be salaried. Or at least our ability to pay them salary without glitch. So much for our belief that we thought our simple goal, which is to enrich ourselves, does not require any help. Boy, that was the biggest flaw in setting up a business!

The founders are humans too. They have feeling, attachment and emphaty towards their team members. While employees are busy working on their tasks, the founders are busy testing their hypothesis because this will decide if they can survive another day or not.

Then we also have to deal with other challenges as well like incompetency, creating the right culture, passion on the business and many more.

Sometimes I am surprised for how we cope with so many bullshit just to get done one thing. It's like it's a struggle for the founders on daily basis.

Weekend Ordeals

Writing blog on my Samsung Note 2 kinda feel awesome. For some reason, using stylus is now considered a cool thing to do all over again.

But writing does spark some inspiring moments for the writer to start creating something out of imagination.

For example, the idea of putting up some plots to make story much appealing can be initiated by the strobes of pen or pencil.

I believe before I leave this jaded city, I must make an impact which positively affect all the people here.

Whether through my businesses or my activity of mingling with the public, it has to gererate that much impact in order for it to be impactful.

How? I let their to show me the way.

Hmmm..... aHmmm now sitting in one of the many Starbucks outlets here in the Curve.

Just as I am trying to pour out my heart onto this blog, my client turned up. I thought she would be a Malay. I was wrong.

Being Single Father

The reason I choose to write about this is because that is who I am. I am a single adult. Same goes to my father.

He has lost his wife about 3 years ago. I can see that he has become somewhat lost and clueless.

Right now I am glad that he is now in Mekah to do his umrah. May he find his solace whiIe he performs his ibadah in this Holy Land.

Bitterness

Dear bro,
Life is too short to be miserable. Or to be bitter. God does not create you so that you can slump down and feel defeated. God creates you for a grand reason. Whether you are going to make it grand or not, it is entirely up to your strong will or not. The Lord has given you equal opportunities in every possible and humane ways for you to achieve greatness in life.
So stop being sad. Especially when you are sad for someone else's happiness. Go and create your own happiness. Never hide it. Embrace it and publicize it.
You are full of love. You are one stubborn and courageous guy i have ever known in my entire life. Never stop giving and never stop loving. For love, all good things will come back to its giver.
Have faith in Him. Always trust your instinct and rise to your occassion. Seize the day as if every day is your last day. Today is the day you make your parents, family and friends proud of knowing you in their life. Go and be one!

2nd Half 2013

Now it's officially the second half of 2013. Plenty of things have happened for Evenesis. I for once is almost clueless as to what else I need to do in order for us to increase our sales.

It has been established since early this year that we want to increase our sales to RM 2,000,000. Given the current number, I don't feel it's a certain aim anymore. Simply because the pipeline isn't that healthy. I feel there is a mismatch between what we offer to the market as to what the market actually needs.

If we were right, whatever we have built here is supposed to get market traction rather easily. But I found that our previous clients who acquired our solution through the grant package don't come back to us for more. So, are we really solving their problems? Do we want to alter their behavior before they realize that they have problem?

These are crucial for me because without these, it's tough to do selling.
