Company aku baru ajer lepas first quarter untuk tahun 2011. Ada la beberapa projek yang aku rasa insya allah bakal dapat dilangsungkan. Aku personally target kalau dapat close sales around RM 2 million, itu dah jadi motivasi untuk aku terus fokus kembangkan lagi bilangan clients kitorang.

Sekarang ni value projek yang insya allah dalam tangan ada laa dalam RM 388k. AKu sendiri yang letak RM 2 million. Memang serabut bontot la kan nak mengejar target, nak-nak bila aku sendiri yang put that high expectation atas diri sendiri. Feeling the pressure, but aku still buat rilek ajer.

Takpe la, dalam 1st quarter pun dah dapat RM 388k. Konon nak sedap hati, kan?

So another RM 1.7 million.

Bila buat business IT ni, aku notice yang competition memang teramat la giler babeng compare dengan market size yang tak berapa nak happening nih.

Berulang kali jugak aku push the idea untuk tukar business model company ni. Let's change to business to consumer type of business model. See how the business would take. For as long we are dealing with other business, we are still stucked with the politics of business here in Malaysia.

We need to do beyond whatever we are doing right now. So aku suggest, kalau Score A yang hampeh pun boleh berjaya in the sense of creating an awareness on e-learning. Kalau nak kira, produk Score A macam haram lancau giler jek. Tapi the marketing model yang diorang gunakan via multi level marketing sangat successful, maka memang meletup la business diorang. of course, they took almost 10 years to create the brand, but that alone doesn't justify the crappiness of the product. That is my view.

So come back to the issue of sales. People don't buy because of the product, so much. People buy because of how the product invokes the emotion and who sells the product. Somehow, if we could position ourselves and probably create a better platform for learning, we could possibly be at the same par like Kenshido International, which markets Score A product.

So, that's my plan to raise RM 1.7 million. Actually, no. I was just kidding. I am looking for project that might come through with Ministry of Higher Education and MATRADE. And if the project with CIMB comes through as well, then my quota is done.

Let's see about what's gonna happen in this quarter.
