Random Thoughts

Okay, bear with me. First about the congressional hearing of 9/11. Bush and Cheney are expected to answer in front of the Congressional Committee on 9/11 Event. Mainly they will question him about what was his decision within the 40 minutes right after the first Tower was struck by the aeroplane. Okay, maybe I am being naive, but hey, for the heck of it, give Bush a break la kan. Although aku ni bukan ler supporter sangat pasal Bush bengap ni, but c'mon, he wasn't any near to New York at all. Kalau tak silap aku, he was attending some event somewhere la kan in US. Everybody was shocked laa during that event. Aku pun serius shit shock giler masa tengok ramai budak tengok TV kat commons. Aku ingat ada play off American Football ke..or paling cibai pun Baseball World Series kick off ke kan..tapi aih..ni tengah hari buta ni..plus week days. Memang tak sempat nak fikir ape-ape la kan until aku tengok TV sendiri.

Surely aku rasa Bush time tu pun tengah blur-blur lagi..Takkan public expects him to launch a squadron of jet fighter patrolling all the airports. Ridiculous laa..imagine how many thousands jet fighter needed to be deployed from the military airport? It will at least will take a few hours to run down the command chain in military. Plus, how do we know the pattern of this terrorist attack? First, they need to run an intelligence analysis. Pastu kena study the dynamic of the attack and its strategy. Tapi all of sudden dah kena attack, inilah baru betul shock and awe. Bush kiranya nak tiru strategi ni jugak masa perang Iraq, tapi sayangnya dari shock and awe, terus jadi syiok and auwwww.

Even time ni pun, Condoleeza Rice macam blur tak tahu aper, padahal dia National Security Advisor to Bush. Kalau dia punyer top aides pun dah blur, ini kan pulak presiden yang just simply take reports and respond upon the incoming reports. Kalau tak silap aku, time tu CIA was in transition kot from the previous director to the current director, George Tenet. Even now pun, orang argue the validity of CIA intelligence report on Iraq and its WMD.

Hmm..what the hell am I doing here? Talking about US politic? I am not even eligible to vote pun...bahhh!!!
