Hari ni dah masuk hari kedua matahari memancar kat State College. Barulah rasa semangat sikit kalau nak keluar dari bilik pun. Tambah-tambah lagi bila aku mimpi bunyi burung-burung menyanyi, rasanya macam spring season dah dekat sangat. Well, bila spring season dah dekat, hanya satu ajer yang akan terjadi; ramai orang mula berpakaian separuh bogel di padang-padang di kampus ni.

Pemandangan menarik? Mungkin ya, mungkin tidak.

Well, that is the least of my concern. Apa-apa hal pun, satu ajer yang buat aku terfikir. Judd akan balik tak lama lagi, so does Kamal and Apis. Faiz, Syawal and aku still ada kat sini. Memasing cuba habiskan dan cuba buat yang terbaik. Samada aku akan pulang dalam bulan Jun atau tidak, itu satu perkara yang bukan yang ragu-ragu lagi. Nyata sekali aku harus balik hanya selepas Disember tahun ni.

Fall semester nanti aku kena amik CH E 407, lab untuk bebudak Chemical Engineering and satu elektif kelas Chemistry. Most probably kelas Chemistry 400 level, untuk bebudak senior year. Maybe ramai orang tak berapa paham, macam mana sistem US bahagi-bahagikan kategori students di kolej.

US college students are generally divided into two large groups. First group is called lowerclass men and the other one is called upperclass men. First year student, known as fresmen and second year student, known as sophomore are group into lowerclass men group while third year student a.k.a junior year student and fourth year student, senior year student make up the uppercase men group. That is for the undergrad caste system..heheheh..kasta tuh..

For the post-grad..many people educated in British style education called students in post graduate education as post-grad but here, we just simply call them grad student. Maybe sebab diorang dah grad pun...hehehe..sebab tu pakai grad student and not post-grad. Panjang sangat nak nyebutnya.

But anyway, these are just terms. Terms to ease your life a bit. Hopefully siapa-siapa yang baca ni, dapat faham sedikit sebanyak macam mana US college life.

Okay, now aku kena gi solat asar and tunggu solat maghrib. Lepas ni ada review session for CH E 414. Then ada group meeting for my senior design course. Most probably I'll be staying up late tonite coz I need to study for the exam tomorrow. Wish me luck everybody!
